Wade College strongly feels that an informed student is absolutely necessary for an effective and productive educational environment. The college administration, faculty, and staff strive to disclose all policies, procedures, and facts about the college's programs and services through written publications and in accordance with federal regulations set forth by The Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended.
Wade College also believes in a welcoming environment where students and parents are comfortable when voicing questions, concerns, and/or suggestions. All offices of the college, including the Office of the President, are readily open to all prospective and current students and their parents to address any issue that may arise.

Student Grievance and Appeal Procedures
If a student complaint cannot be resolved after exhausting the institution's grievance and appeal procedures, the student may file a complaint with the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, P.O. Box 12788, Austin, TX 78711-2788, (512) 427 6101.
